Project description
KOHTAUTUS - project
Sustainable and developing expertise through international diversity. We support the transformation of companies into internationally diverse work communities. Development brings certainty and new know-how to build a diverse work community.
We challenge central Finnish SMEs to develop the functionality, safety and productivity of their multicultural work communities through better encounters. We bring proven models and methods to the attention of companies.
- Do you want to find out how language thresholds could be lowered in everyday work?
- Are you wondering how management and leadership should be done in a multicultural team?
- Which entities and services can help the company in rooting a skilled person in the locality?
- How does an international colleague get in as an equal team member?
If you are interested in increasing the cultural diversity of your work community, you are already doing international recruitment or you want to improve the retention of international experts, we can support you in these efforts.
Participation in KOHTAUTUS -development is free of charge for companies!
