Minttu Mäkäläinen was awarded at an alumni reception at the during the Back to Campus -weeks of the academic year 2022.
Vice-rector Heikki Malinen presented Mäkäläinen with the Alumni of the Year Diploma and acknowledged Mäkäläinen's active and developing attitude as an alumna:
Minttu Mäkäläinen strongly represents the values of Jamk University of Applied Sciences: responsibility, trust and creativity. Minttu Mäkäläinen's positive and developing approach to work during her studies, as well as her activity after graduation in guiding and inspiring Jamk's students, and promoting equality in her field, were decisive in her selection.
