Project description
The Project, funded trough the Finnish Centre of Expertise in Education operating under the Finnish National Agency for Education and Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, supports the Ministry of Education of Mozambique in the process of developing the Framework of Professional Standards and Qualifications (QNPQP) that allow measuring teachers' work objectively.
The Jamk team, consisting of two experts, provides recommendations for the development of the framework, and supports the Ministry in the development process. The purpose of the Framework, once finished, is e.g. to provide the qualification requirements for teachers; assist in the continuous professional development of teachers, and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy concerning teching profession.
