Project description
Talent Boost is a cross-administrative program to promote the attraction, immigration and staying in Finland of international talents. The program aims to make Finland better known and more attractive to international experts and to channel the expertise of international experts already in Finland to support the growth and internationalization of companies and innovation activities.?

The program aims to strengthen the openness and attractiveness of the labor market for international professionals. Talent Boost forms a national cooperation platform for the development of services related to international experts.?

The Talent Boost goal is based on measures by which the university strengthens the integration of foreign students into Finnish society and the transition to the Finnish labor market.? The implementation of that goal requires strong regional cooperation between cities, public actors and the region's business community.

At Jamk, the goal is pursued through practical measures, e.g. events supporting job search, strengthening Finnish language training, supporting internships and sharing information on integration and other services.
