During the project, operating models were developed by multidisciplinary teams, and the 32 pilot entrepreneurs involved in the project piloted various functions in their restaurant during the project. Pilots were implemented in Central Finland, Northern Savo and Uusimaa. The pilot restaurants also tested different digital solutions according to their own needs, and Kamupak, Nokeval's Nsnappy, Clonet's carbon footprint calculator and Hukka Ai were selected as digital solutions through the competition. Regional analyzes were made of the pilot experiments for Central Finland, Northern Savo and Uusimaa.

The project was selected among the proGaala finalists in the responsibility category in 2022.
