Over the past several months, BioBoosters has supported emerging Agritech startups, providing them with mentorship, training, and valuable connections. This week’s events – Deal Day and the “Harvest or Die: The AgriTech Revolution” side event at Slush – offered the programme's startups an opportunity to showcase their innovations to key investors, partners, and industry experts.
Deal Day - A Pitching Event for Agritech's Brightest Innovators
On Tuesday Nov 19th, Deal Day brought together the startups from the BioBoosters programme and top investors actively engaged in the Agritech scene. The event allowed these early-stage companies to pitch their groundbreaking solutions directly to those who could help propel them to new heights.
"BioBoosters has played a crucial role in accelerating Agritech innovation and it was so wonderful to see how the startups have been developing their pitches," said Matti Härkönen, Partner, Innovestor. "We’re thrilled to support a program that aligns so closely with our mission and to witness the groundbreaking ideas coming to life here.”
The startup founders of the BioBooster programme have all been especially grateful for the connections built during the programme both with the corporations and other startups. The mentors have also been a great support throughout the journey.
