Minna-Maaria Hiekkataipale will transfer to Vice Rector position from the position of the Director of the School of Business. Hiekkataipale has also worked in teaching and management positions at Jamk before her current position. She also has work history from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Vaasa University of Applied Sciences and University of Vaasa.
"I am extremely excited and happy to be able to work to promote the quality of higher education and the well-being of the entire Jamk community," rejoices Minna-Maaria Hiekkataipale.

The Vice Rector responsible for education will start in her position no later than 1.3.2023. Hiekkataipale will be responsible for Jamk's education services, which include student services, educational development services, a language centre, library services and the development and maintenance of quality systems.
