At JAMK’s School of Professional Teacher Education students are equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge to provide a solid pedagogical foundation to become a competent digital educator. This includes, for example, implementation of different digital technologies and methods, such as hybrid-learning.

“In the internationally oriented, multicultural study group the language of the studies is English. The group is primarily recommended for those whose mother tongue is not Finnish but is open to anyone who wants to increase their international skills. Most of the students will complete the programme while working full time. The programme consists of working in peer learning groups, hybrid learning sessions, self-directed learning and practical training”, says Study Counsellor Katariina Jouhiaho from JAMK’s School of Professional Teacher Education.

As a rule, applicants must have a suitable higher-education degree and at least three years' work experience corresponding to the content of their degree. The programme usually takes about 1,5 years to complete.

Application period is 5 January – 21 January 2021. Find out more on our website: https://www.jamk.fi/teachereducation
