JAMK tops national statistics concerning international activity

Recently published statistics reveal that amongst all Finnish UASes JAMK exchange students have completed the most credits abroad

Credits completed while on exchange, by both incoming and outgoing exchange students, are currently indicators in national funding for universities of applied sciences in Finland.

For many years, JAMK has topped these statistics, and year 2018 is no exception! Recently published statistics reveal that amongst all Finnish UASes in the number of credits completed by incoming exchange students, we were number one! When checking the number of credits completed by outgoing students while on study exchange abroad, we reached the second place.

In the teacher/staff mobility we also reached the second place both in the outgoing and incoming teacher/staff mobility. Student mobility statistics (number of incoming/outgoing students and trainees) have not been published yet.

The statistics can be found in the national education administration's reporting portal Vipunen (part of the information only in Finnish).

We want to thank all of our active outgoing and incoming exchange students - and of course partners - for this great result!
