The Tourism Winter Ball is an annual highlight for hospitality and tourism students, teachers, and alumni— a chance to come together, unwind, and celebrate in style!

In just a short time, this event has become a beloved tradition, first hosted in 2023, and we’re working hard to make it a permanent part of our community. Each year brings a new theme, and this year, we’re thrilled to invite you to a Y2K Glam Cocktail Party!

The event will include cocktails and snacks, DIY mocktail station, a nomination program, and fun, interactive challenges and games. Whether you’re a student, teacher, or alumni, this is your moment to connect and create lasting memories.

Price and Registration

The normal ticket price for Tourism Management and Hospitality students is 30 €, other degree students 36€, avec, alumni and staff 45€
All links to purchase tickets can be found below.
With the ticket, you will get access to entrance to the event, a welcome non-alcoholic cocktail (Alcohol can be bought separately from Alba's bar), extensive salad bar, and dessert, mocktail station and an overall patch.
Tickets are sold until the 6th of February.
Please note that there are only a limited number of tickets, so make sure to get yours on time.
The ticket is non-refundable.
