Free-of-charge studies for people who have fled Ukraine and are in Finland with temporary protection -status
Courses in Jamk Open UAS are free for people who have fled Ukraine and are in Finland with temporary protection -status. This applies until 31 July 2025. When you enrol, you must pay the study fee and verify your eligibility for free studies within a week. We will then refund your payment.
Please follow these steps:
- Enrol for the studies and pay the study fee.
- Fill out the "Refund of Jamk Open UAS Study Fee" form. Attach a document to the form that verifies your eligibility for free studies. Verification is done with the following documents (as an image or scanned document):
- the document that you have received from the Finnish police when you applied for temporary protection or asylum
- or the decision of temporary protection
- and your residence permit card (if you have it), attach images of both sides
NOTE! Always submit a certificate when registering for a new course!
