Registration
Registrate to the event via Webropol by September 16, 2024, 12 a.m.
Registration fees
- Registration fee, early bird: 400 €
- Registration fee: 450 €
- Organizers of Mini-Symposium or STS are eligible for 50 % discount of the registration fee (minimum of 4 presentations / session)
Jamk will invoice registration fees after the registration.
Registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific events
- Book of Abstract
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch tickets for Café Curve/Restaurant Twist (not for Jamk staff or students)
- Welcome Cocktail
- Conference Dinner
Terms of cancellation
Cancellations are accepted until September 16, 2024, 12 a.m., via email [email protected].
Please note, that the registration is binding. Those cancellations with requests for refunds received in writing by September 16, 2024, will be applied a 50 € processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after September 16, 2024 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer and will be processed after the event.
