Work Packages
The project will be organised through the following Work Packages:

WP1 – Project Coordination
This Work Package, led by IT Sligo, will focus on the organisation of the Steering Committee, decisions on overall project direction, monitoring the progress of all WPs, and reporting to the funder.
WP2 – Academic Management
This WP, led by IT Sligo, involves the accreditation of the new qualification to be awarded to successful participants in the project, and organising the assessment of the strategic plans for an academic award, as well as overall academic oversight of the project.
WP3 – Peer Mentoring Network
This WP, led by Karel de Grote, is focused on the recruitment of the participating SME managers, the recruitment and training of Group Facilitators, and ensuring that the small groups meet on a monthly basis, including physical meetings four times over the two years. The learning of the Group Facilitators will be regularly gathered, assessed and shared amongst them and with the Steering Committee.
WP4 – Strategic Pan Development
This WP will be led by UniSannio and will deliver specific training for all participants in how to develop a strategic plan, and will provide mentoring to the SME senior managers to support them in their journey to the completion of such a plan.
WP5 Training and Workshops: Raw Materials & Manufacturing
This WP will be led by Miskolc, which is a member of the Raw Materials KIC. It will organise a broad range of training and workshop events, as well as access to the learning resources of the relevant KICs, with a focus on the specific challenges of the relevant sectors. This WP will also liaise with entrepreneurship module leaders in participating HEIs to organise for students to undertake research case studies of participating SMEs.
WP6– Training and Workshops: Sustainable Energy & Digital
This WP will be led by Ostrava, which is a member of the InnoEnergy KIC. It will organise a broad range of training and workshop events, as well as access to the learning resources of the relevant KICs, with a focus on the specific challenges of the relevant sectors. This WP will also liaise with entrepreneurship module leaders in participating HEIs to organise for students to undertake research case studies of participating SMEs.
WP7 – Promotion, Evaluation & Dissemination
This WP will be led by JAMK. The WP involves publicising the project, its work and its impact through a website and social media as well as specific events, as well as coordinating the evaluation of the project.
