How AI is used in development

The AIRe-Platform project will use the features and capabilities of generative AI in its platform development. The aim is to use AI to create the core functions of the platform to enable the assessment of the service users own functioning and need for referral to services through one clear rehabilitation pathway in a human-centred way, considering the individual needs of the person with need for rehabilitation. 

These AI-enabled functionalities are visible to the users, for example, in the way that the user can search for and receive versatile information, advice and guidance that is tailored to his or her life situation through a single channel in a very agile way.

Generative AI is part of machine learning, which uses algorithms and data to create something new. Powerful language models use generative AI to create new knowledge and can produce, for example, text like that written by humans. High-performing language models can be used in customer services to answer questions people ask. Generative AI can also be used for creative content production, creating images and videos, and developing new services and products.
