Junior Staff at AgriVenture2025

Hi student,
AgriVenture 2025 event will be held on May 27th-28th, 2025 at the Bioeconomy Campus in Tarvala (Tuumalantie 17). We are now looking for volunteers to organize and guide the event area for May 23rd and 26th-30th. The call to become a junior staff member is now closed.
Please note that accommodation is not provided for volunteers. We can arrange transportation between the venue and chosen pick-up points at Jyväskylä, and possibly at Saarijärvi if needed.
What is AgriVenture 2025 all about?
AgriVenture2025 is an international event that connects agricultural technology and smart farming. The bioeconomy industry event will address the challenges of food production and solutions enabled by digitalisation. The event aims to raise awareness, provide networking opportunities, accelerate the adoption of innovations and sustainable technologies in agriculture, and create opportunities for collaboration and growth for businesses.
The event is organized by BioBoosters by Jamk business accelerator, Jamk University of Applied Sciences, Bioeconomy Campus, POKE Vocational College, and City of Saarijärvi. In addition, the event is supported by numerous partners including Valtra, AGCO Power, Neste, Innovestor, Maaseutuverkosto, and Keskimaa. We are expecting hundreds of visitors from Finland and abroad to the Biotalouskampus in Tarvaala.

Your tasks may include, for example:
- Guiding participants in the event area
- Sharing event materials and visitor cards
- Publishing social media updates
- Assisting with event area arrangements before and after the event
- General organizing tasks in the event area
What do we expect from you?
We wish you to have a positive attitude, initiative, and a customer-oriented mindset. Additionally, for advisory tasks, proficiency in English is required. However, language skills are not mandatory for all tasks.
