The Activity Icon is a symbol that can be downloaded onto teaching or study material, and it works as a reminder to reduce sitting, change working postures and take breaks. The Activity Icons can be used on slides or on other study material. By using Activity Icons, the planning and realization of breaks becomes easier. When the Activity Icon appears on the slide, it's time to get active and move!
